With over a decade of experience in banking, finance, oil & gas, and technology, Juliet transitioned from a Senior Business Analyst to coaching after developing a proven strategy that helped her successfully navigate her own career reinvention. She has since turned that system into a repeatable framework that has empowered over 100 professionals to secure roles in competitive industries without settling for low-paying jobs.

Patricia brings decades of hands-on leadership experience across restaurant, property management, and retail sectors in Canada, the US, and Germany. Most recently, a Professor in the Business Management Program at Fanshawe College, she specialized in leadership, management, and ethics for international students. She ran her own coaching and training business for over a decade, facilitating workshops in new manager development, communication, and talent retention. A dynamic speaker and facilitator, she brings real-world experience into every room she walks into.
Andrew Bartley
PCC, MDiv, MBAAndrew is Principal of Different Wisdom Inc. For more than 30 years, Andrew has led planning, coaching, training, and retreat processes for hundreds of organizations in the corporate, public, and not-for-profit sectors. From 2007 to 2013, he served as a senior leader of a Canadian charity, supervising a team of 17 directors and staff serving 110 communities and 700 employees. Since 2009, he has taught strategic leadership, optimizing change, coaching and mentoring, and leading across generations at Western University Continuing Studies.
Andrew's schooling includes an Ivey MBA (Leadership & Strategy), a Master of Divinity (Spirituality & Ethics), a Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy), a Bachelor of Education, and a Diploma in Adult Education. He is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF-PCC), with further credentials in Adler Coaching (ATC), Conflict Management and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Laser Coaching, Master Tilt 365, MBTI, and Organization and Relationship Systems (ORSCC).
Since 2019, Andrew has led over 1,000 yoga classes and retreats and plans to do so into his nineties. Curious by nature and grounded in contemplative practice, he appreciates paradox, mystery, and servant leadership. He explores perennial truth, kinship, and connection, and the myriad paths other seekers travel in search of their own versions of the same.
